Which buzzard species? tricky buteo. (1 Viewer)

Hello!
This picture was taken by someone else who identified this bird as a Black kite. Now, it definitely is a buteo but I can't make out which, common or long legged?
This is the only pose. You can see three babies in the nest too.
So, what is it?

I am not too sure andy, it could be or it could be not.
Sorry, I forgot to add the details.
This image was taken Takatu hills, Balochistan province, Pakistan.
The date was May, 2020.
