Hello everybody.

Here is a little about myself, have been bird watching since 5 and really enjoying it since about 8 - now some 30 years on still doing it. I am not a lister or counter (all a bit too much like stamp collecting for me). I have just got back into UK bird watching after years being spoiled in Oz, East and Southern Africa, and loads of trips to wild and wonderful places in Asia and the Americas.

This year I've enjoyed the wonders of Cetti's warbler, Bitterns, Smew at my local gravel pits (Fen Drayton) and all the UK grebe's with the wonders of a new telescope.

Cheers to you all
