Place: Maruyama Park, Sapporo, Hokkaido, Japan


Hi Everyone!
I had spotted male and female Siskins
throughout the day,

but this one
looked kinda like a Siskin
but kinda like a Black-faced Bunting, or other?
quite a bit more yellow than any of the others seen.

Any ideas are greatly appreciated!

I considered it most likely would be a male Siskin,
but only 2 years into birding, i didn't want to assume if I wasn't sure.
