Hi guys.... Sorry about the poor photo but can any of the raptor experts help me ID this bird ??

AFAIK, it's a forms polytypic subspecies Buteo buteo vulpinus with B. b. menetriesi. (from Clement 2015).
. Avibase shows that Clements 1.0 treated it as a separate species in the past.
 
Disappoints a lot of 'listers' though when they see it listed in SASOL (the most commonly used field guide) as Steppe Buteo vulpinus only to realise it's not a tick....not a full one anyway. SASOL does not indicate that it's simply a race.

I have learnt alot and Steppe Buzzard it is.... But they are not common around here!
