A presumed female Cetti's Warbler showed very well at the eastern end of Coney reedbed on Sunday morning. Much further down the valley, a male Cetti's Warbler was singing near Tapenhall and another male was singing near Linacre bridge. Water Rails heard along the canal in various places.
On Friday, a Peregrine was seen from Copcut Lane, perched on top of one of the pylons.
Much of the usual for the time of year - Winter Thrushes, Meadow Pipits, Goldcrests, Coal Tits, Cormorants, etc.
