Ecuador hummingbird and unknown bird ID (1 Viewer)

A recent trip to Ecuador (equator) I observed this hummingbird...puffleg? And also this unknown species...strange angle I know! Any help to identify them would be appreciated.

The first one seems to be a Sparkling Violetear. The second could possibly be a puffbird?

Second looks like it could be a Brushfinch, maybe Stripe-headed, something like that?

Where were they taken as that can narrow down things a lot? Agree with Sparking Violet-ear of course

The photos were taken at the Intinan museum (true equator), on the outskirts of Quito.
