Canon G12 & Swarovksi DCA combo (1 Viewer)

Has anyone successfully used the Canon G12 with the Canon filter thread adapter (FA-DC58B) and the Swarovski DCA adapter?

I hear rumours that it is not possible but as yet have not found out why.

Good try Gene....

I don't own either but am trying to find out for a friend before they make a £350+ purchase of a camera that they cannot use with their 'scope and adapter.

from what i know, g12 should be a bad choice for digiscoping, i got g11 and just use it for family and backup.
