On Saturday a large flock of granivores were present at the opposite end of the block of wild bird cover from my whoosh net site. We took this opportunity to try to mist net there.

Also seen/heard
Greylag
Buzzard
Skylark
Pied wagtail
Wren
Robin
Blackbird
Goldfinch
Bullfinch
Yellowhammer

The flock on Saturday also included brambling (1+), reed bunting (1+) and tree sparrow.

Mainly forgetting corvids, gulls, non-natives, pigeons and tits.

Many thanks to all concerned, Mike.
