Looking for some help with these two, taken in Bulgaria in May this year. I think one of them is a white-tailed Skimmer but have no idea what the other is. I thought possibly Yellow-winged Darter but the blue ish eyes have thrown me.
Any help greatly appreciated.

I'm no expert abroad but surely the first one is a Scarce Chaser? The second I think is as you say White-tailed Skimmer. But others may have different opinions.
