I regognize this, but can't nail it.

Very short song (about 2-3 secs.), short break and short song again, over and over again for minutes.

FWIW...I certainly don't recognise this song Ben, can you explain the habitat..I'm thinking it has a "Chat" quality to it?

Sounds ok for Wheatear but coming from the south I rarely if ever hear them singing so will be open to different ideas from what others say who have more experience.
 
Thank you Hannu. I will go whith Whinchat, it WAS much softer than Wheatear. I've been listening to Whinchat recordings all morning, and it matches very well !
