Pallid Harrier? - Dormans Pool, Billingham, UK (1 Viewer)

Just got in from seeing this bird. At the time I thought it was a Hen Harrier as it flew by pretty quickly before dropping into the reeds. Only seen looking into the sun. The breast appears unstreaked although pale coloured and with the light coloured collar - maybe Pallid Harrier?

I've not seen one before.
