What the h-l is this ? Like a dog puppy (which it wasn't !).

In darkness at 21:30 in pineforest.

Whooper Swans in the background.

Autumn calls of Pygmy Owl? Time of day would suit better than Golden Eagle.

No. I have listened to lots of Pygmy Owl calls now, and no.

My bird made only ONE sound at the time, then pause for 3-10 secs then one sound again, all the time.

My soundfile is edited, so the pauses are shotrter then irl.

I thought the tone resemble Pygmy owl - although I ha r only ever heard their make territorial calls.....

Now I think Pygmy or Tengmalms owl.

It will go unidentified.
