Swainson's Hawk range in Oregon, USA (1 Viewer)

Images taken on the 18th August at Hood River, this ''cleaned up'' a silhouetted bird that I'd seen many years before at Crater Lake (further South and East) which had been too high up and silhouetted for me to be ID confident, therefore was wondering if this sighting is within the species normal range?

Cheers
