Hello, bird world! (1 Viewer)

Manix

I have no idea what I'm doing
Hi everyone,

A very amateur hobbyist photographer here (<1 week!), just learning how to use the thing. People and birds seem to be the best (i.e. easiest) subjects for me to capture at the moment, and I seem to be getting fewer strange looks when long-lensing birds, so that's where my attention will be focused. Unfortunately I know next to nothing about birds, but I'm very keen to learn!

Hello Manix and welcome to the forum on behalf of the staff and moderators. Enjoy your times on the forum.

Hi Manix and a warm welcome from me too.

All things Scottish can be found here. Also, keep an eye on threads titled something like Scottish Bashes; we try to meet up occasionally and they're always great fun. You'd be most welcome to join us on another if you can manage.

.... and I hope we'll be able to see some of your pictures in the Gallery too.;)

Welcome to BirdForum! I am sure you will find lots to interest you here, and I hope you enjoy your visits.
