Hey there!

My name is Chelsea; I don't spend a great deal of time birdwatching but I seem to run into them more often than I'd expect. Today, for instance, an enormous, but seemingly juvenile, bird of prey of some sort landed about ten feet from me at eye level in a dinky little tree in my backyard. I love BOP's and I'm still a bit giddy about that. |:$|

Anyway, I started looking for a forum because about two years ago I took a couple pictures of some strange-looking bird in my tree that looked like he belonged in a marsh. I've googled pretty much everything I can think of to no avail, so now I figured some assistance would be useful! I plan to hop on over to the identification section and post that right up. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Glad to have found this place. :)
