Two Blurry Pics - NY (1 Viewer)

The first one doesn't appear to have a head, though if I were to speculate recklessly and wildly, I might conclude that it could be a Red-eyed Vireo. Though that's little more than a guess. As for the 2nd, even I dare not try to pin a name on an empid flycatcher from such a blurry shot.
