Hi all

Planning a quick trip to Colombia at the end of November and am
hoping to get in a couple of days birding in Parque Tayrona.
Field guide suggestions?

The McMullan & Donagan compact field guide isn't a bad choice, but it's hard to imagine not bringing along the 1980 Hilty volume for definitive reference.

There is also a smartphone field guide available on Android and iPhone which is based on the Birds of Northern South America guide. Illustrations not to everyone's taste but it includes a lot of vocalisations and doesn't add to your luggage weight.
