Hi everyone,

Yesterday i saw this Euphonia in north-west Ecuador at an altitude of 1300 meters. I think it is a Thick-billed Euphonia because of the all yellow underparts. Can anyone help?

Danny

I'm no expert, but I went through the list of Birds of Ecuador on Wikipedia, and of the blue-and-yellow euphonias, only Thick-Billed has yellow all the way up the chin as shown in your photo.
