Am I bird watcher or a bino freak.......?
I can't stop looking at binocular reviews and tech specs to get me to the holy grail of bird vision. It's this obsession that's lead me to Birdforum.
I started with Nikon Aculon 8x42's, tried a couple of zooms, went on to roof prisms then went for closer images with the 12x50's roof prisms...all Nikon.
I saw the article by 'Typo' on the Vanguard Endeavor EDII 8x42 and bought them at an amazing knock down price from Amazon.....and they are superb. BUT that fix wasn't enough. I'm now waiting for some Zeiss Conquest HD 10x42's to arrive. Again at an amazing price in the Black Friday sales.....
Where will this end up.....rehabilition when I get to the Swaro's ?

LOL you're beginning to sound like a bino freak;) unless you come to love birdwatching more I'm afraid there's no hope for you. Have you got a bottomless bank account:-O
