Need ID on two Kenya Birds ,Lake Naivasha (1 Viewer)

The first bird was photographed on Crescent Island in the middle of Lake Naivasha in Sept, 2019. It has an overall tawney-brown color with yellow/orange eyes, and pinkish legs with striped tail.

The second bird was photographed at the Elsamere Lodge in some bushes on the grounds. Black bill, pink legs with black eye stripe and white supercilium.

Agree: but can you definitively rule out other possible cisticolas on this view? Many would have more reddish heads but do all?
The only other alternative, the Winding Cisticola, would have the upperparts more contrasted, more streaked, and the wingpanel more rufous.
