Bittern posture (1 Viewer)

Does anyone know if the bitterning position that the bittern takes
with its bill pointing skywards is indicative of this species or do any
of the other heron species do this?

Regards
Sean

The reason Bitterns do that is so that it blends in better with the reeds, so I suppose any reedbed Heron species would do it to help with thier camoflage.
