Hello,
That's a good site for the amateurs in bat. Actually, no systematic study has been carried out in Nepal. Even how many species of bat occurs in Nepal is yet to be discovered. There are many caves in Nepal which is good habitat for bat survey. Only observation by farmers is that Bat eats fruits of Guava in the evening and night.
In the Institute of Forestry, Pokhara, Mr. Sujas Phunyal and Mr. Gandhiv Kafle carry out evening survey to the electric poles inside the campus. Bats come hastening to catch the insects around the light. Really a nice observation.
