Jinshitan Sea Farming Ponds March 15, 2012

Checking into the Geese photos from yesterday. Thanks for your comment Mike, I'm checking with some others.

Went back today and saw a lot of different species. Things are starting to move despite cold temperatures. I am so sick of cold hands! Today it was right around freezing with almost no wind. First shorebirds! I sat for the most part right by one pond (the one that the geese were flying around yesterday) and just watched things fly in and out. They were filling in the pond beside the one I was sitting by.....

The one picture shows some of the demountainization in the background.

Camera in the wrong setting for the Goshawk. I need a good picture of an adult and sitting is a plus. This was the best Goshawk photo opportunity I've had in 6 years and the camera was on portrait which grabs the nearest object. Would have been an ok shot.
