Warbler sp? Yorkshire UK (1 Viewer)

Seen in a disused quarry overgrown with gorse near Skipton, Yorkshire, 2nd June. Looked very pale at the time.

Unfortunately only this one photo, at maximum zoom. I'm guessing it's a Phylloscopus, but can it be identified to species?

Either Chiffchaff or Willow warbler, not sure that you could be certain which though.

Willow Warbler seems to be a better fit.

Thanks, I was leaning towards Willow if anything due to fairly pale legs, but I know that isn't necessarily reliable...
