Sorry, feathered sort!
Seen yesterday and photo sent to me.
have no reference point for the size of the wee chap but any help will be much appreciated.
I uploaded the wee image so I hope it works!

It's the white that was throwing me, looking all over for something with that kind of white:)! Quite a few leucistic birds seem to hang around Skye. Perhaps that would account for the beak being pale all the way to tip? Would have expected a little "darkness" towards the tip of the beak.
Shape of the head/beak looks odd as well, probably the angle it was taken from, gives it quite a downwards tendancy and a menacing look.
