The only one that looks vaguely familiar to me is the first one which looks like a Wood-peewee.

Gonna throw these out there.(so take them for what they are worth... not much) Wait for others with actual Peruvian experience...

1) looks better for one of the Elaenia species to me
2) possible Andean Solitaire
3) Tanager sp... still working on it.
4) pass
5) Slaty-backed Nightingale Thrush

Are you sure about #5? All pictures I see on the internet have a light iris (and red beak). This one has a dark eye...

5 = male Slaty thrush

Agree on the solitaire.

3) = f orange - bellied euphonia
4) = f violet - fronted brilliant

Still deciding about 1)

...best guess is yellow - bellied elaenia
