Good day
A weather system, TS Gonzalo was approaching the island (Barbados - Caribbean) so on Friday afternoon(July 24) i went out birding and at a location i saw this bird feeding alone. i saw a hint of what i thought was a V on it back. could this be a Little Stint, which would be rare for the island.
PS. i also saw 3 Collared Plover another rare bird for the island

Not a Little Stint, no. For me this is an adult Semi-p still in breeding plumage.

Toes appear to be half-webbed which should exclude LS?

Yeah, have to agree with others. Does not really have any brightness to make a case for LS. As an adult like your bird, at this time of year it should still be pretty orange. See Macaulay Library Images filtered to the month of July:
