Booted Eagle and Lesser Kestrel? Malaga, Spain (1 Viewer)

Taken east of Malaga, Spain this October. I'm thinking Booted Eagle and maybe Lesser Kestrel? there were two playing and repeatedly calling to each other and it wasn't a call I recognised as Common Kestrel, maybe they were just speaking Spanish :king:
Sorry about the picture quality, only had an 18-70mm with me.
Thanks,
Ged.
