Dear All,
I am always interested in any records of reptiles and amphibians from the county of Northamptonshire that people have as they are under recorded in the county.
I have no records of adder from mid, west and south Northamptonshire. There are some doubtful records with no photographic evidence from these areas of the county. So a photo would be useful if you find adder in these areas.
Palmate newt is our rarest amphibian with 3 current sites in the north east of the county while adder is also confined to the north east of the county.
