Hi KC L and a warm welcome from me too.
To post: first go to the mains Forums page (a tab above but here's a link: https://www.birdforum.net/forum.php). Scroll down that page until you find a forum covering the subject of your post and click on it.
At the top you will see a large red New Thread button. Click on it.
Type a title for your post then type in the content, clicking on the button below the message pane for "Submit New Thread".
