I have had a Lenovo Ideapad 310 for about 3 years now.

This last week Lenovo have a nag screen encouraging me to download Lenovo Vantage with their "toolbar".

As I've had so many issues following M/s updates the last few months, I'm worried about doing or adding anything new.

Is this one I should have - anyone know?
 
This might actually help with your update problems as part of its function is to check the Lenovo drivers are up to date.
