Two Blues for ID - Romania (1 Viewer)

I would agree with that Cristian but would point out that worn Short-tailed Blue can lack a lot of the orange in the lunules you would normally see in fresh specimens so sometimes giving the appearance of Provencal Short-tailed Blue and it's not inconceivable that a first brood specimen (April to June) could be still on the wing when second brood specimens are emerging (July to August).
