Hi,

Which species is this?

Eduardo Avaroa Andean Fauna National Reserve (desert), Alota river, Bolivia 3838 metres elevation.

Yes I first thought so too, but just cannot get it to fit the species hence my post.

Perhaps one of the subspecies - Obscurus?

It was actively hunting and catching fish, so perhaps also a jet-lagged individual...? :)
