Laughing Gulls?

Not sure about these two, so ID is requested. Bird in flight does not show good wing color.

PS: what do you mean about the 2nd bird not showing a "good wing color"?

I meant that at that angle there isn't a lot of surface area shown on the wing to aid ID. I wasn't sure if that would be an issue.
