The second looks rather like a Bidens; maybe a B. ferulifolia cultivar?
Last looks like a Lupinus sp.

1. is a Castilleja (Indian Paintbrush) species; only C. integrifolia is listed for Volcán de Acatenango here: http://glifos.concyt.gob.gt/digital/fodecyt/fodecyt 1999.35.pdf

Based on the same source, 2. should be Bidens triplinervia, 3. Lupinus montanus or kellermanianus (no idea how to differentiate these two).

Thanks. I was quite impressed by both the flowers and the birds on Acatenango since it's rather a dusty volcano. Most people only go up it to see the eruptions of Fuego.
