UK Swarovski dealer recommendations? (1 Viewer)

I`ve bought several bits of Swarovski kit from Mcleods, Tain, Rosshire. Competitive prices and good service. They have a (fairly basic) website, which lists their stock (including used ) with prices. I`ve ordered by telephone and had next day delivery and returns have been no problem. A bit far for me to travel, but perhaps would be more accessible from where you are?

Thank you :t:

Can I ask what UK dealer you recommend for buying Swarovski kit? Thanks in advance :t:

Down here in Suffolk I would recommend Viking Optical, who supply the RSPB shops.

They have a shop in Edinburgh: 101 Rose Street
Edinburgh Scotland EH2 3DT

Viking are a big dealer for Swarovski so they have pretty close links - When the BTX binoviewer was launched in the UK it came only to RSPB Minsmere and Cley Spy.

Roger down at South West Optics is top man to deal with and a genuine Birding enthusiast.

Last time I was down there he was lending a customer a mint Swarovski ATS 65 HD to use whilst his Leica scope was in for repair !

Can't recommend highly enough.

Agree, he's a top bloke. But I think his name is Steve Rogers?

Cheers
John

I use Lakeside Optics at Chew Valley Lake in Somerset - obviously a long way down the country, BUT, they are on the edge of one of the best birding lakes in Britain, so you get to try out the kit in a real environment.

Great service form them over the years and recommend them very highly :)
