Marble-faced Bristle-tyrant?

I don't think it is: facial pattern, colour of wing bars (chestnut) and dullness of the uppers are wrong I believe. Not sure what it is: closest I got was tawny-rumped tyrannulet although we cannot see a tawny rump and upper parts may not be brown enough for that species.
