Photo taken 2 weeks ago at the airport of Adis Ababa. My guess goes for a White-backed Vulture, but I have no experience with those vulture and would like to have a second opinion.

Thanks, I can see the head color and pattern matching better a hooded vulture. But this one would indeed be a white-backed, right?

But isn't the underwing white bar thick enough for white-backed? All the picture of Ruppel's I found had a very narrow and short white bar, with sometimes more scattered white patches.

That's correct, but on these pictures it is difficult to see if it is not just moulting,
