New Local Patch - amazing

well Santa has been kind to me - went out yesterday and found a new patch -15 mins from my home.

vast area of wetland - maybe a few hundred acres at least- plus sewage outlets, mixed woodland, lakes, some mudflat area too - fantastic. They are building new apartments nearby with an access road around but Im keeping my fingers crossed.

the bonus is that it is completely underbirded- in all my tme locally birding I have NEVER seena nother birder or read a report from my area.
