Possible Eider spotted off coast of Pakefield (1 Viewer)

Hi, I was recently on holiday in Suffolk and on the 30th September 2017 just before I headed back home I spotted a duck off the coast by Pakefield. It looks like it may be a young male Common Eider transitioning to adult. Can someone confirm from my photos if this is correct. Thanks in advance. Also I'd like to say I had a very wonderful time and everyone I met was very friendly.

You are correct, although I'd say it's an adult male Common Eider transitioning from eclipse plumage.
