Latest update from the BTO: Saving the Spoon-billed Sandpiper


The BTO’s Nigel Clark, as part of an international team, has just spent the last week in the Bay of Martaban, Myanmar, looking for Spoon-billed Sandpipers. The team hoped to assess just how this enigmatic bird is responding to efforts to save it from extinction and hopefully learn more about its wintering area. Read more here.
