"be for bird" bumper sticker (1 Viewer)

I saw a car in Pittsburgh with a "be for bird" bumper sticker.
There was more text, but it was too small to read without field
glasses...The "be for bird" slogan was printed in red, I believe,
and there was a silhouette of a bird. Does anyone know which
organization sponsored this sticker?

Not familiar with this one and a google search provided nothing as well. Hopefully, a member from your area will have some input. I trust it was a PA car?
