This picture was taken from boat on open water between Island Santa Cruz and Floreana Island.

Help with ID would be much appreciated :)

Well it's a storm-petrel - I would vote Elliot's Storm-Petrel (aka White-vented Storm-Petrel) based on the white rump vs. that of other species in the area, and the hint of a white belly in this photo. Endemic subspecies galapagoensis.
