Flycatcher? Vireo? Nevada Forest USA

Hi, We saw this bird today 11/24/18 while hiking in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada Mountains near Reno NV. All of the photos are the same bird. It clearly has a white eyering but not much in the way of wingbars. That is what is really confusing me. Any idea what this bird is? Thanks, Kathy
