Older Swift 821 (1 Viewer)

Happened to come across an older but minty condition Swift 821 spotter in the local classifieds. Price is pretty reasonable for what it is and comes complete in case, tripod and all the eyepieces.

I know it's an older glass, probably 70s? and realize they are older tech.
(I have some modern glass but like the older models too).

How does the 821 compare to other makes of the era such as Kowa/Bushnell and B&L? Who built these? I know it's Japanese but have seen names like Kassnar and Herters on them as well.
