Hi All.

If somebody could ID this it be much appreciated. I'm really no idea what it is. What alerted me to it was the noise of Buzzards and seagulls harassing it. It could be another buzzard but it does look different to me.
I really had to zoom in and crop the photo so apologies for the quality.
