Moth ID? Shaded Broad-bar

Any suggestions for ID ofs of these two moths will be gratefully received.
Both spotted in wild meadow at Bromham Lake NR, Bedfordshire an ex-gravel pit now filled with water at around 11am July 11 - they were easily disturbed.

I think they are both the same moth. Shaded Broad Bar. I found one yesterday on some downland. I am not an expert though.

They are both Shaded Broad Bar, a common and very variable species.
