Hello,

Photo made in January 2019 in Salalah - Oman
I hesitate between Little Tern and Saunders's tern. On this picture is the first bird of course.

Maybe Little, as the legs look reddish and there's more black on the crown that I would expect on Saunders's, but they're not readily separable in non-breeding plumage.
