Taken yesterday at Aogu wetland park (Taiwan)

Anyone can help me with the ID for this birds ?

i agree on caspian tern and black-headed gull. the 1st winter large gull to me looks more like a mongolian though. white head, weak window, advanced and somewhat bleached plumage, bicoloured bill - some of the hints towards this taxon, imo.
 
Of the 3 regular 'Herring' Gulls wintering on the Sea of Japan coasts the dark greater secondary coverts and the rather 'collared' look to the sides of the neck / breast look better for 'taimyrensis' / Heuglin's.
