I just called them and they said Swarovski is about the only brand they don't carry. Don't know why.

Swarovski does have a provision that dealers have a brick and mortar sales location. I get the impression that Optics Planet is strictly e-commerce and maybe that's why they parted ways. It's why Amazon doesn't carry them, except through third party.

That's simple.
To protect the B&M shops dealers who need a higher margin because of their business model compared to wharehouse e-commerce.

We created a business model where we could offer every optic brand minus 40% RRP and still make the same profit as our B&M store does.
Swarovski refused to join, because they wanted to protect their other dealers who were not capable for doing the same.
